WCV Wrestling Club is a recreational wrestling program for boys and girls in grades Pre-K through 6. The program teaches wrestling skills in a competitive, but fun environment.  Practices include sessions of rigorous conditioning, technique instruction, drilling, situational exercises, and live wrestling.  All coaches are background checked and approved by our WCV Wrestling Club Board.

It is our philosophy that through our competitive wrestling program, we will provide the opportunity for youth to learn the value of preparation and hard work, and the role it plays in achieving one’s life goals. Each athlete will also gain an enjoyable, educational and enriching experience in wrestling while setting an example for other youth in our community.

We currently three experience based practices twice a week:

Beginner (little or no experience) - 6:00-6:30pm
Intermediate (Knows basics) - 6:40-7:10pm
Advanced (competes regularly) - 7:20-8:15pm
